Prasline cookies

Preparation time: 5 minutes, cooking time: 5 minutes, standing time: 1 hour

  • 180g Praslines powder
  • 30g salted butter
  • 3 egg whites
  • 35g flour

  • - Prepare the cookie dough : Melt the butter in a microwave and mix with the egg whites and Praslines powder. Add the sifted flour. Allow to stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator

    - Line an oven tray with greaseproof paper or a silicone mat. Spoon on the mixture in very thin rounds of about 10 cm of diameter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for just a few minutes until the cookies turn golden brown

    - Remove them immediately and give them a curved shape by pressing them around a rolling pin. Allow to cool. Praslines cookies should be eaten shortly after baking when they are still really crisp
