  • 110g Praslines powder
  • 110g crushed Praslines
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 75g flour
  • 100g salted butter

  • - Beat the eggs whites until stiff. Add the Praslines powder and crushed Praslines and mix carefully. Then add the flour and finally the softened butter

    - Place the mixture in a greased mould and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 200° C. Lower the temperature to 150° C and bake for a further 10 minutes

    - Remove from the oven, allow to cool a little before turning it out of the mould, then leave to cool completely
